Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Refunds
For refund requests, email hello@sillro.com within 7 days of the charge with your account email and invoice reference. We review every request individually and aim to respond within 48 hours on business days.
Eligible cases include duplicate charges, charges for a plan you did not authorise, and material service outages attributable to Sillro. Pro-rated refunds for partial-period cancellations are offered at our discretion.
2. Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time by emailing hello@sillro.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; access continues until then. No further charges are raised after cancellation.
3. Trial period
New tenants get a free trial. No payment instrument is required during the trial. If you do not subscribe before the trial ends, your account moves to a read-only state — no charges are raised automatically.
4. Data after cancellation
Your data remains available for 30 days after cancellation. You can export it from Settings → Data & privacy → Download my data at any time. After 30 days, data is purged in line with our Privacy Policy. To request deletion under DPDPA Section 11 (30-day grace period, cancellable), use the Settings → Data & privacy → Delete account flow.
5. Disputes
Disputes are handled directly between you and Sillro before any escalation to Razorpay or other intermediaries. Jurisdiction: Karnataka, India.
