Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By using Sillro you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use Sillro. If you're using Sillro on behalf of a company, you represent you have authority to bind that company.

2. Service description

Sillro is a web-based design + production-management platform for uPVC door and window fabricators. Features include design canvas, BOM generation, cutlist optimisation, CNC export, invoicing, and shop-floor tracking.

3. Subscription + billing

• Plans are charged monthly in INR via Razorpay.
• GST is added at the prevailing rate (currently 18%).
• Plan changes prorate within the current billing cycle.
• Cancel any time; you keep access until the end of the paid period.
• Refunds: at our discretion within 7 days of an upgrade if the upgrade isn't usable due to a defect on our side.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Reverse-engineer the service or extract algorithms.
• Resell or sublicense without written permission.
• Use Sillro to manage data you don't have a legal right to handle.
• Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of any system without coordinated disclosure.

5. Data ownership

Your data is yours. We hold a limited licence to process it to deliver the service. On account closure, you can export everything; after the 30-day grace window we delete it (see Privacy Policy for retention).

6. Service availability

Target uptime: 99.5% on Starter, 99.9% on Pro and Enterprise. Scheduled maintenance is announced ≥48 hours in advance. Service credits for missed SLA on Pro+ plans as agreed in writing.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Bengaluru.

9. Changes

We may change these Terms with 30 days' notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
